"Dans le cadre d'une intérim de 1 an Nous rechercons un Consultant support IT bilingue Anglais avec les missions suivantes:

Department: IT/Facilities Shared asset
Helpdesk responsibilities
Troubleshooting end user requests
Coordinating onsite assets
Coordinating onsite inventory (gear, peripherals, etc)
Ensuring onboarding for local users is efficient
Working out of the HD ticket queue
Maintaining security and compliance for IT Labs / areas
Facilities responsibilities
Maintain, stock and maintain equipment functionality as needed or necessary
Proactively work on assigned duties through our ticketing system, including moves, set-ups, breakdowns, HVAC issues, repairs etc.
Ensures meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard, including markerboards,
furniture and equipment are maintained and cleaned.
Works with vendors that provide daily support regarding maintenance or delivery of
products.
Processes all terminations and new hire processes working in conjunction
with the HQ facilities Services Coordinators.

"We are seeking a HelpDesk/Facilities Support staff to support our Helpdesk/Facilities in our Paris office. The ideal candidate will be organised, flexible, and a detail-oriented person who can wear many hats to keep the office running smoothly. As a member of HelpDesk/Facilities Team you will work closely with the Cambridge Sr. Facilities Manager and North America HelpDesk Manager. You'll be responsible for the day to day
Helpdesk/Facilities operations including developing & supporting office programs and initiatives that make us a fun and safe place to work, various employee-facing events and initiatives that makes our society one of the best places to work.

Experience & Qualifications
High School or College degree
Fluent English
Basic computer skills including ability to work with MS Office, Google Docs, Slack and
Basic Ticketing system software
Ability to multi-task while being highly organised throughout and maintain deadlines as requested.
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication / computer skills
Eagerness to learn and progress and work in a collaborative team environment. Self-starter but can also operate as a team player where required
Willingness to work on some weekend work when highly necessary and needed.
Ability to stand for long periods of time when necessary and required to support the process and completion of tasks.
Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis, throughout the shift"
